Labor Law
With the goal of providing comprehensive legal counsel to our business clients, we have developed a Labor Law Department, which has gained significant importance in recent years. We offer our services to both companies and individual workers, providing ongoing labor law advice. We work closely with Human Resources departments, assisting them with workforce restructuring, contractual conditions, executive contracts, and other recurring employment matters.
Our objective is to maintain constant communication with our clients to resolve issues as quickly and accurately as possible, as labor law often requires swift responses. For individual clients, we provide guidance before signing an employment contract, throughout the negotiation process, and in cases of employment termination.
We represent both companies and employees before the Social Jurisdiction. Additionally, we have a Payroll and Social Security Management Department to further support our clients.
